We have seen a marked difference between competitors in the Mid Atlantic Zone compared to other areas of the country. The level of the quality of presentation is so much higher due to competitors attending posing clinics! And better presentations create better contests!!

If you’re new to competing, not only should you attend a show before committing to being in one, but you should consider attending a Posing Clinic to get your posing and presentation right. Watching YouTube videos may be easy, but you never know if someone is doing something wrong, or if there’s a better pose for your particular body and Division.
